Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products such as personal care items, beauty products, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at zaltrunxillc@gmail.com with your order details.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
